1. No financial product
APEX RUSH is an entertainment and skill-based game. It is not a security, investment, financial product or gambling service. Nothing in the game promises profit, yield, airdrops, rewards or any return of value. Scores are cosmetic game state only.
2. No token, no offering
APEX RUSH does not currently issue, sell or promote any token. Any token claiming to be affiliated with APEX RUSH is not endorsed by this project. Do not send funds to anyone who claims otherwise. This site is not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset in any jurisdiction.
3. Mainnet and real funds
Playing is free. Posting a run is optional and runs on Solana mainnet, where it costs 0.001 SOL plus network fees. These are real funds and transactions are irreversible, so only post if you accept that cost.
4. Wallet and security
You connect and sign using your own third-party wallet. We never receive your private keys or seed phrase and cannot recover funds, reverse transactions or restore access. Always review what you sign. Blockchain transactions are public and irreversible.
5. Risks
Blockchain software carries risks including bugs, network congestion, RPC outages, wallet incompatibilities and regulatory change. The game is provided experimentally. Leaderboards read public on-chain data and may be delayed or unavailable.
6. Eligibility and local law
You are responsible for ensuring your use of APEX RUSH is lawful where you live. Do not use the game if it is prohibited in your jurisdiction or if you are under the age of majority where you live.
7. Warranty and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the creators and contributors are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the game, including loss of digital assets.
8. Third parties
APEX RUSH uses the Solana network, public RPC endpoints and third-party wallets. We do not control and are not responsible for these services or for any links to external sites such as block explorers.
9. Changes
We may update this disclaimer at any time. Continued use of the game after changes means you accept the updated version.
